Byrd Super Protein Smoothie
1 cup non-fat yogurt
½ cup ice
1 small ripe banana
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons Byrd Mill Peanut Flour
Put in all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses and enjoy with a friend.
