Brownie Ingredients:
I package Byrd Mill Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a greased 8 x 12 x 2 baking dish and bake in a 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
8 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add sugar 1 cup at a time and beat well after each addition. Add cocoa powder. Spread over the cooled brownie cake.
*Can be decorated with blue and red icing, ripe red strawberries and blueberries or left plain.
