Decadent Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies

These Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies are so easy to make, and so sweet to smell while baking, they’re guaranteed to put the comfort back into life when winter blues hit.

1 package Scottish Shortbread Mix
2 sticks butter
1 cup of dark chocolate chips (your choice)

Cut in the butter into the mix and knead until moist. Fold in chocolate chips and press into 9 x 12 cookie sheet. Bake in a 325-degree oven for about 12-15 minutes. Cut into squares while warm and allow to cool. Enjoy!
