Today is National Peanut Butter Day! So celebrate by trying a healthier peanut butter that is low in fat, but high in protein and fiber.
Make your own peanut butter spread with Byrd Mill Peanut Flour. Spread it on apple slices or whole wheat toast for a healthy snack. Mix it with water , oil, yogurt or milk. Just add a pinch of salt and a little sweetener, a dash of sugar or a little bit of honey, if needed for your taste.
