What’s your favorite childhood food memory? Everyone has a favorite dish, or a meal that brings back a memory from childhood. We have some great dinner stories and lots of food memories, some good and some bad. Over the years, our family has grown and so has our list of favorites (and flops). Homemade desserts and baked goods are always right at top of our family favorite list.
The taste, smell, and texture of certain foods can bring back powerful memories with amazing detail. I personally remember scooping brownie mix straight out of the bowl and licking hand mixer blades full of icing at home with my mother. Now I give them to my kids.
Sometimes a food memory goes a bit further. It’s not just the taste of the food but also the place and setting that’s important. Food connects us and knowing how long these food memories can last and how precious they are, we invite to take a few minutes to make some good memories for your family. You really can’t go wrong with our family-tested, all time favorite, Milk Chocolate Brownies.

•2 eggs (or Egg Replacer)
