I package Byrd Mill Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a greased 8 x 12 x 2 baking dish and bake in a 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
8 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar 1 cup at a time and beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. Spread over the cooled brownie cake. Decorate with ripe red strawberries and blueberries.
