These Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies are super easy to make and will definitely top your new favorites list!
1 package Scottish Shortbread Mix
2 sticks butter
1 cup of dark chocolate chips (your choice)
Cut in the butter into the mix and knead until moist. Fold in chocolate chips and press into 9 x 12 cookie sheet. Bake in a 325-degree oven for about 12-15 minutes. Cut into squares while warm and allow to cool. Enjoy!
