Ginger Spice Chocolate Cookies with Dark Chocolate Chips
1 package Byrd Mill Ginger Spice Cookie Mix
1 stick butter, softened
¾ cup dark chocolate chips
Cut butter and egg into mix and knead until moist. Stir in dark chocolate chips. Roll into 1-inch balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes at 375-degrees. Yields approximately 2 dozen cookies.
Butter Pecan Cookies with Cranberry and White Chocolate Chips
1 package Byrd Mill Butter Pecan Cookie Mix
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup white chocolate baking chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In large mixing bowl, but softened butter into mix until moist and crumbly. Stir in cranberries, white chocolate baking chips and pecans. Roll into 1-inch balls and press to about 1/2-inch thick. Bake in a 325-degree oven for approximately 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Yields 30 cookies.
