April 23rd is National Picnic Day! What a great thing to do with your family now that the weather is warming up. Byrd Mill Hot Roll Mix
In a large bowl, combine Hot Roll Mix, 1 cup of warm water and yeast packet. Mix well and let rise double in size, punch down and divide into 12 equal portions. Place in greased muffin pan and allow to double in size in warm location. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
